Pastors Noel & Rubi attended World Harvest Bible Training Center in 1997 and 2000 respectively and was ordained through the ministry of Dr. Ed & Nancy Dufresne, who was their spiritual father and their current Pastor. Thereafter, they founded and pioneered World Harvest Church of San Diego, where they both continue to pastor to this day.

Pastors Noel and Rubi also travel to many churches across the United States and internationally, preaching the Gospel and imparting the Spirit of Faith and Prayer.

They have three daughters – Claudine, Carissa, and Catherine, two son-in-laws – Mark and Roger, and two grandsons – Dillon and Noah. All are in the ministry and assist them in fulfilling the plan that God has set for them.

Pastors Noel and Rubi are an influential voice in the body of Christ. Their teachings and preachings have blessed so many lives as they continue to flow in the Word and the Spirit.
