Pastors Noel and Rubi Ramos have been in the ministry since they received Jesus as Lord in 1981. They became full time Pastors in 1996. They also teach Bible School classes at World Harvest Bible Training Center in Murrieta, CA. Pastor Noel and Pastor Rubi also travel to different churches across the nation and internationally preaching the Gospel and imparting the Spirit of Prayer. They have 3 daughters, Claudine, Carissa, and Catherine, 2 son-in-laws , Mark and Roger, and 2 grandsons, Dillon and Noah.
